Bitnance Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

Bitnance is developed under the AppsTech Store developer brand and is operated by Md Mehidi hasan. This Privacy Policy explains how Bitnance collects, uses, shares, protects, retains and deletes information relating to users in Bangladesh.

Information we collect

We may collect account and identity information such as name, email address, phone number, account identifier, district, thana, division, location, identity-document images and a live selfie.

We also process wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, P2P activity, store orders, transaction records, payment proofs, investment activity, earnings records, support requests, P2P messages, device notification tokens and technical security information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, provide wallet and transaction functions, perform identity and security checks, connect users with authorised agents, process physical-product orders, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, deliver service notifications, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations and maintain reliable financial records.

Financial functionality

Bitnance uses an internal redeemable stored-value wallet unit called COIN. One COIN equals one Bangladeshi Taka. Cash-in and cash-out are available only through authorised Bitnance agents. COIN is not cryptocurrency, and Bitnance does not provide blockchain assets or cryptocurrency exchange services.

How information may be shared

Information may be shared with authorised agents only as needed to fulfil requested agent services, with authentication, hosting, notification and infrastructure providers that process data for Bitnance, with transaction counterparties where necessary for a user-requested transaction, and with authorities where legally required. Bitnance does not sell personal information.

Security

We use encrypted network connections, authentication controls, access restrictions and operational safeguards intended to protect personal and financial information. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for service operation, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping and legal or regulatory obligations. Some transaction, wallet, KYC, dispute and compliance records may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted by applicable law. Retained information is restricted from ordinary operational use.

Account and data deletion

You may request deletion from the Bitnance app by opening Profile and selecting Delete Account. You may also submit a request without using the app through the Bitnance account-deletion page.

Identity verification may be required to protect the account. Wallet balances and pending deposits, withdrawals, transfers, P2P trades, store orders or investment activity must be resolved before deletion can be completed.

After verification and resolution of required account activity, Bitnance will delete or anonymise account information and associated personal data that is no longer required. Data retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or financial-compliance purposes will be handled as described above.

Children

Bitnance is intended only for people aged 18 or older.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, legal obligations or data practices change. The effective date shown above identifies the latest published version.
