Delete your Bitnance account and associated data
Bitnance is developed under the AppsTech Store developer brand and is operated by Md Mehidi hasan.
You may request permanent deletion of your Bitnance account either inside the app or through this webpage. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request through email.
Request deletion inside the app
- Sign in to Bitnance.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review any unresolved account activity.
- Type DELETE and submit the request.
Request deletion without the app
- Email Bitnance support using the button below.
- Include your Bitnance Account ID when available.
- Include the phone number or email associated with the account.
- Complete any identity-verification step required to protect the account.
Never send your password, login code or OTP to support.
Activity that must be resolved first
Before deletion can be completed, wallet balances must be zero and pending deposits, withdrawals, transfers, P2P offers or trades, store orders, investment activity and related financial disputes must be resolved.
What will be deleted or anonymised
After verification and resolution of required account activity, Bitnance will delete or anonymise account profile information, contact information, device notification identifiers and other associated personal information that is no longer required for legitimate operational, security, financial or legal purposes.
What information may be retained
Transaction, wallet, deposit, withdrawal, transfer, KYC, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax and compliance records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law. Retained information is restricted from ordinary operational use and used only for the applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention or recordkeeping purpose.
